At Ivory & Oak, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original tags must be attached.
- Items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, and damage.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items
- Jewelry
- Hair accessories
- Hats
- Gift cards
- Intimates or undergarments (if applicable)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size or color, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
