Order Processing

In-stock / ready-to-ship items are processed and shipped the next business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Supplier-shipped items are processed and shipped directly by our trusted supplier partners. These items are typically delivered within 8–10 business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

In-Stock / Ready-to-Ship Items: Shipped the next business day. Delivery time is 3-5 business days. 

Supplier-Shipped Items: Typically delivered within 8–10 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected.

Free Shipping: Orders over $75.00 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, shipping delays caused by weather, holidays, or carrier issues are outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Ivory & Oak is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
